Bio Metric didn't scan at post office

Hi , My bio metric letter didn't scan at Post office. It was saying invalid and the office asked me another letter from Home office.
how come it's not scanning and what to do next.

Impossible that you applied for Tier 1 General. This route has been closed and no new or extension applications are possible.

PR is under the EU route. You are applying for ILR under the UK immigration route.

Yes, contact HO and tell them it doesn't scan and ask to send another letter.
