Could somebody please clarify me.

I am booking a premium appointment for ILR for my wife + child. They are Tier 2 PBS dependant for the past 5 years.

The online booking process questions :- "Select your leave category within SET(O)"

The options are :- Tier 1 (General) ; Tier 2 ; Dependant; Other main applicant

I am not sure what should be the category. My wife will be the main applicant in SET-O and child will be the dependant so shall I choose "Other main applicant" ?

Dependant

This would make sense but it needs to be 'dependent + 1' so that your child is included.
