Dear members,

I have a quick search on this forum, but did not have a clear answer.

Situation:
I got my ILR already (through 10 years)
my husband is my dependent and our first kid is dependent on him at the moment

Now we are going to have our 2nd kid, and she will be born outside uk.

Question:
1. Which visa I should use for my future kid? Should the 2nd kid be my dependent or my husband's dependent?

2. If be my husband dependent, what's the financial requirement should be ? (think my first kid and husband already required 18600+ 2400). Would the new kid required extra 2400 plus the original 21000?

What visa does your husband have? Is it FLR(M)? If so, then he does not have dependents. Your children and husband are ALL your dependents for visa purposes.

Same visa as husband and other child. If they are on FLR(M), then 2nd child must apply on VAF4A if applying from abroad and visa will be issued in line with husbands visa and expiry date.
2. If be my husband dependent, what's the financial requirement should be ? (think my first kid and husband already required 18600+ 2400). Would the new kid required extra 2400 plus the original 21000?
If he is on FLR(M) spouse visa, you need to prove annual income of £24,800 for child to be granted visa.

If child is born in the UK, the child will be automatically British and can apply directly for a British passport.
