Is there anyone who had the same issue and got deception, are they winning the appeal or AR or JR?

Suggest search the ILR sub forum. There are so many topics on this as it only appears to affect Tier 1 General to ILR applicants.

AR is to address HO errors and omissions. Unclear what errors/omissions HO caseworker may have made if your application involved deception.

Hi Vut88,

Please dont worry about the interview call. Its a general procedure currently to verify your self employment details.

Could you please answer some of the questions below as to allow other members to help you with this situation

1. Was your ILR application based on self employment or PAYEE or both?
2. Were you above the required threshold before the amendments were made?

Regards

Raj

I applied for Tier 1 G to ILR and just had my Biometric last week, I am now eligible for 10 years long resident route but don't know I should vary my application or leave it as it is and waiting for their response. I have amended my Tax for previous years(2years) and got a payment plan to pay the tax of 18,900 for the self employed. If I go for the 10 years long resident route I might get the right to appeal and I will have the right to work too until final decision is made. I am so worried if I get deception my 10 years family life will be ruined. Need your help guys. Thanks

If they refuse your SET(O) due to taxes, then they may also refuse your SET(LR) on the same grounds? So, I'm uncertain on how varying your SET(O) to SET(LR) will help you?

I agree with Vinny and since the 1st December appeals will only be heard outside of the UK.
