ILR for entrepreneurs

My brother will become eligible for ILR some time next year and had raised a few questions that I was not sure about.
Does he have to show investment of 200,000 again (i.e. will he have to resubmit accounts for extension period)? Does he only need to show to employment requirement for ILR as entrepreneur?
Does he need to submit self assessment data?
He is the director of his company.
