I'm applying from Tier2 General to ILR. Ive just realised that the address on P60 is not right.. It has wrong post code and wrong street number. Will it be still okay to submit with my application with P60?

You can ask your payroll to change it and request another. Or you can request HMRC for last 5 years work history and no need to submit the P60.
