ILR granted, waiting for BRP

Hi everyone,

I went for my PEO appointment for ILR and was informed while collecting my documents that the application has been successful. Now my question is:
1. The letter I received does not mention anywhere that ILR application has been granted. It just says that you will be issued a new card. But there are two other docs which mention that ILR has been approved even though it has no mention of my name or date. Is that the standard pattern for ILR grant letters.

2. Its been 7 working days but I have not received my card yet. Does it ever take that long. Going by what others have posted they have usually received it within 3 days. So should I be worried and contact them yet, even though the site says you can only contact after 10 working days. Has anyone faced such an issue.

Kindly advise.

Please relax. Its a standard letter. One of my friend also received the same letter and was also wondering why it doesn't mention ILR/Settlement. The other letter that mentions ILR doesn't have your names on that. My friend received his BRP on the 10th working day so hopefully you should also receive it soon.

I would suggest you to wait for 10 working days before contacting them. The standard letter you have received has a URL to contact them regarding this.

Thanks a lot for the information. You were absolutely correct.

Received my ILR BRP card today.
