Just a bit confused.
Regarding the cohabitation documents - these are required for dependants yes?
We dont have any in joint names - so Im guessing we have to submit separate documents - does this have to be both for main applicant and the dependant?

How can anyone guess what route to ILR you are taking if you don't actually state it. What is your immigration status and your partners immigration status?

Sorry if i havent been clear - i did mention previously its under Tier 2 5 yr route - main applicant and dependant.

Im on Tier 2 and he is the depandant

It is unreasonable to expect any forum members to trawl through your previous posts/topics to figure out your route. This is precisely why we ask members to stick to one topic and to state clearly in the opening post what the circumstances are.

The Set(O) guidance notes should explain clearly what documents you need to submit.
