ILR premium service deferred application

Hi guys,
I was reading your comments on this board when I was waiting my ILR application outcome , I noticed many people applied for the premium service but their application was deferred
Same happened to me ,my appointment was in Croydon on the 9th of November I was given the famous slandered letter (further checks needed blabla... and all you rights before the application continue!! )
2 days later I was suspended from my work because the right to work check returned as negative from Home Office !!!
I asked my work place to make another check as there was clearly a mistake
they phones HO and I did and the outcome was always we have to wait !!
the second employment check was positive
and same day on the 24/12/2016 I received my ILR card and was and still extremely happy 
my question is ,can I apply for a refund for the £500 same day service fees? If yes, how can I do it?
