Basically I need some advice has anyone applied for set lr without life in the uk coz home office have passport we requested passport to sit the test haven't got it yet however for a letter saying for service of their decision to go to eaton house really scared what could it be

You cannot apply for ILR if you DO NOT have the LIUK pass test letter.

What about using a drivers licence if you have one??

Have you applied for Set(LR) or another application and want to vary to Set(LR)

Hi we have applied for set LR no driving license had written to home office for passport to sit the exam and they had sent acknowledgment letter and it said if you require the passport for the exam fill a form online and we will send it that is what we did passport is with home office and they have invited to go to eaton house for decision

I don't understand. Explain a bit about your immigration history. Did you vary another application to Set(LR) or did you just submit Set(LR) and didn't realise you needed LIUK?

Basically we had applied for flr fp and it got refused so have pending jr with an oral hearing end of the month 10 years finished august gone so had applied for set LR

Has anyone ever got a letter from ukba saying u need to attend there office for service of there decision on an application really worried pls can I have some guidance as to what has happened when u go there
