ILR for Tier 2 dependents if Main Tier 2 applies ILR LR

Hello All,

My husband came U.K. In 2007 Jan in student visa after he finish bachelor he changed his visa into tier 2 skill work.so in Jan 2017 he will be here 10 years. I came uk in 2009 September in student visa later I changed to work permits and 2014 December I marry with him and I changed my visa into tier 2 dependent I got visa until 2018.So could you please tell me are we both eligible to apply for ilr or only him? If I am not eligible for ILR than what is option.Thank you

I have split your post and moved it from Tier 2 G to the ILR forum. It is considered rude to just tag your own questions onto other members topics.
So could you please tell me are we both eligible to apply for ilr or only him?
Only him. Set(LR) does not permit dependents to apply for ILR at the same time.
If I am not eligible for ILR than what is option.
FLR(M) is your only option.

No, you can apply later. Make sure you meet all the requirements for FLR(M) otherwise you will be refused.
