Tier 2 to ILR

Hi All, I am due for my ILR based on SET (O) under the category Tier 2. I would like to use the premium service. However I have noticed that they are requesting the full fee, application fee plus premium service charges upfront.

I am waiting for few documents from my employers which I expect to get it by the end of next week. If I book the premium service now, do I have the option to change the date to later if my documents are not available by then. If yes then how long before the appointment can I actually make the change.

Many Thanks,
Muhammad

Yes you can change the dates. I think you cannot change before 7 days. Check before you pay in the FAQ's section. Also, You can cancel the appointment and you lose £100. I recommend you to wait till you recieve everything and then book appointment to avoid any confusion.

Thanks I now have the letter and everything to go ahead with the application.

Since our HR is based in Turkey so they email us the letter with digital signatures. If we get this printed on Official Company letterhead it should be alright ?

Can the mods please change the name of the topic to Tier 2 -> ILR application? As per forum rules I don't want to create several posts regarding my application.

1). I have salary e-slip printed on regular paper but stamped and signed by Payroll Specialist of our company. Would this be enough?

2). My CoS issued for Tier 2 and Tier 2 extension had 37.7 hours per week mentioned. Is there any minimum number of weeks required for Tier 2 application? Or I can go ahead with 37.5 hours per week.

3). SET (O) Form questions 6.1 "When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based
I got my visa extended when I was in UK, will this be the date visa is valid form or the date when I went out of country and then entered on this new visa.
