Background: I am on Tier-2 (General) and my wife is on a Dependent visa. We are applying for our ILR next week and had some questions on the SET(O) form.

Questions: Here we go
1. As a dependent would my wife require to produce her payslips, employment letter, bank statements etc. or is it only the main applicant details and proofs which are required?
2. Is section 9 of SET (O) form (page number 31 to 66) for people on Tier-1 only? As a Tier-2 applicant, I hope we don't have to fill this section? Can you please confirm?
3. Section 10: Question 10.13. Previous Biometric details. We know we had given our finger prints in our last Tier-2 (General) extension around November 2014. I do not remember the exact date and address. Would this be a problem as I wont be able to fill section 10.13 and 10.14
4. Section 12: Documents: Page 75, If you have a Spouse (applying at the same time as you, which I have) please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave. Evidence should be in form of official letters, documents addressed to yourself and spouse. What sort of evidence is required here? We have utility Bills for last year and some joint bank account statements which hopefully is enough? Can you please suggest?
5. Section 13: Do these section need to be filled per applicant? (Me and my wife separately?)

Only main applicant not dependent.

Is says Tier 1 General doesn't it, so what is unclear if you are Tier 2 General?

Council tax letters, tenancy agreements, utility bills, HMRC letters, Job Centre letters, NHS documents, credit card statements, bank statement, drivers licence documents, telephone bills, cable TV bills, any other official letters, etc etc

5. Section 13: Do these section need to be filled per applicant? (Me and my wife separately?)

Fill in as required. First one likely just main applicant, second part both of you if you have joint accounts.
