On what basis did you submit FLR(O)? Was it just to 'buy time'?

Assuming it was FLR(O) that was refused and for which you submitted judicial review, if the JR is refused, you will be an overstayer.

It is a long stretch to get to April 2018 to qualify for ILR.

Dear,
I applied showing my back home difficulties and partly it goes to Asylum as well. However, as you mentioned over stayer, After my JR result if I get a notice of few days to leave the country and leave there after, will I still be an over stayer??

Also, Intention was not buying time. Though it stretched to 1.6 year unexpectedly.
One last one. I will go after my JR result but before that, as I am going for sign in (London Bridge) every week, will there be any trouble??
