If you search the forum you will find many examples of refusals or delays in applications due to tax discrepancies. The Home Office are frequently taking the view that amendments have only been made due to the impending ILR

Is this the usual T1G inflated income to get extention then pay tax on real (lower) amount type-scenario?

I wouldn't bank on it - read the forum.

The issue is not the payment of tax due more the attempt to hide it.

No one can give any assurances as to whether you'll be granted ILR or not.

Neither can anyone tell you how long it will take for the Case Worker to make a decision on your application.

If you read through the text in the link I've posted, you should get an idea of processing times and similar cases.

Have you actually read through this thread? I don't have 'a case'. I'm just a forum Moderator.
