ILR Applicaion form help please!

Dear Immigration Team,
My husband currently holds 'Tier 2 General' VISA and he will be applying his ILR(Indefinite Leave to Remain) at the end of Dec 2016, based on 5 years residence.
We have couple of questions in filling the ILR form SET (o). Please note this is for single applicant.
I would like these to be answered please.
1. Section 4.3
He has a UK Master's degree so which one to select?
An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
˗
˗ UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English; or
˗
˗ the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country (other than Canada); OR
2. Section: 4.5 : Not sure which of the below options to select?
(He has his UK Masters degree certificate awarded by Queen Marry university, London).
Please provide details of your English language test:

IELTS SELT Consortium
Trinity College London
It would be really helpful if you could provide info to the above queries.
