hi All
could you please help me here reg my dependents ILR application once I received my ILR
came to uk march 2007
tier 1 since 2011 to valid until dev 2017
got married and wife entered uk in may 2013 and my wife went to India for maternity Jan 2014 to fed 2015 baby born in India,
they will be eligible for ILR on may 2018 ? or 5 years route ?
1. if I go as 5 years based: my wife can extend her visa as same tier 1 depended?
2. my baby born in India 3 years now will get IRL (once i got my ILR ) or i baby need to wait until both parents got ILR ?
3. if I go as 10 years based for ILR : my wife which visa type need to apply tier1 dependent or FLM , ?
and she can still apply for ILR on may 2018 or clock will start from FLR dependent again for 5 years?
Your help will be much appreciated

they will be eligible for ILR on may 2018 ? or 5 years route ? What do you mean 'or 5 years route?'. May 2013 to May 2018 IS 5 years.
1. if I go as 5 years based: my wife can extend her visa as same tier 1 depended? Yes
2. my baby born in India 3 years now will get IRL (once i got my ILR ) or i baby need to wait until both parents got ILR ? When mother gets ILR.
3. if I go as 10 years based for ILR : my wife which visa type need to apply tier1 dependent or FLM , ? She has to apply FLR(M) and meet ALL the requirements.
and she can still apply for ILR on may 2018 or clock will start from FLR dependent again for 5 years? No, she can't apply for ILR. She will have to wait 5 years on FLR(M) as her clock towards ILR will be reset when she switches from Tier 1 dep to FLR(M).
Your help will be much appreciated
