Hi people,

I am a newbie to this forum, Hope you can help me

I came to Uk on 17th Feb 2007 as a student once I completed my UG I applied for MBA. Once I Completed my MBA I applied for PSW upon completion of PSW I applied Tier 1 General.

My tier 1 general comes to an end on 5th Jan 2017

My 10-year stay comes 20th Jan (28 days before )

Can I know on 5th Jan can I apply for SET (LR) application early instead of SET (O)

ILR LR is nothing to do with T1.

Moved ILR question to ILR forum!

You cannot apply for ILR LR more than 28 days before you reach 10 years. Your application will be refused.

Why don't you apply for ILR on Set(O) via Tier 1 G route?

If I apply ten year route no income to show.

Compliance with Immigration Regs will still be crosschecked and verified over the 10 years of your migration adventure.
Perhaps more so due to a last minute change of direction.
