Hello ,

Can any one answer my query as I am applying for my ILR on 23 Jan 2017.

I was granted Visa on 30/01/2012 and I came to UK on 11/03/2012. AS I have travelled UK with in 90 days of my Visa grant date am I eligible to apply for ILR from 02/01/2017(28 days before my 5 years ).

You can if your absences in the first year is less than 180 days.
