Can anyone help me on below matter described in brief.

I am on currently Tier 2 (general) visa with 2119 Natural and social science professionals not elsewhere classified [Note: For immigration purposes this code includes researchers in research organisations other than universities.] working as Scientific Researcher. My employer is paying me 27200 per annum. I am working 40 hours per week.

My ILR due in december 2017, can anyone let me know what will be salary requirement for submitting ILR application. My code of practise is 2119 i.e.PhD level job. Will i have to get 35000 per annum requirement for ILR application.

Hey Hi,
I was in similar condition but my ILR has been refused.
My job title is Research associate and I am in SOC code 2119.
But in SOC code they have specified jobs only for INFORMATICIAN AND BIOINFORMATICIAN (Check shortage occupation list for 2014).
Even my employer specified my job description and title , they refused stating the reason that Research associate is for Informatician and Bioinformatician and I require salary of 35K.

The salary for experienced person is 27200, but it is for 39 hours. As you work for 40 hours, you have to increase it for 40hours.
But if possible you request your employer to increase it up to 35k to be on safe side. Also check the SOC codes and COS. Talk to lawyer before going ahead.

Have you applied for ILR? If so what is the outcome? I am in the similar situation. I am on code 2119 and working as a drug safety associate. I am in same situation.
