Dear All,

I got my ILR approved today through Tier 2 ICT route.

I have a query regarding my dependent who is currently in Tier 2 ICT dependent visa and valid till 2018 April. My dependent is been in UK only last 1 year so she is not eligible for ILR.

Do I need to change my wife dependent existing ICT Dep visa because of my ILR status now? Please help

I received my ILR in Jan 2017 though 5 years Tier2 ICT route. My wife and child PBS dependent visa expiry date is in Feb 2018. I have following queries. Please help

1. I understand the same existing PBS visa has to be extended for next 3 years.
2. What is the earliest date I can apply for PBS dependant visa extension?
3. I am planning to apply for my naturalization on Jan 2018. Can I apply PBS dependent visa extension and my naturalisation at the same time?

1) Yes.
2) Today. However, applying too early may require another extension to complete her 5-year qualifying period.
3) Yes, provided you can supply the supporting documents for both applications. So, use the NCS (as you may keep original documents) for naturalisation prior to her application.

Thank you for your immediate response. As advised I will use NCS service for my naturalization then I will initiate PBS dependant visa extension.
