I am in the process of applying for ILR.

Please could you advise whether I need to submit tenancy agreement and council tax as well ? At the moment I am in shared accommodation so I do not have them.

It will be great if you could advise.

hi if you can tell your landlord to write you a letter stating you live in that property then you are fine

HO won't write to you to request each document you have not submitted. Your application you submit must be complete with everything required. Don't expect any 'hand holding' from HO.
