Hi Everyone,

i am looking to vary my set 0 application to set LR, just wondering if i still need to meet the english requirement criteria. i have been in country for 10 years, started of as a student followed by post study on the basis of edexcel level 7 qualification and than the tier 1 (General). In my all previous application i always submitted my bachelor degree from backhome. Now when i am applying for Set LR i have been told by my solicitor to certify my bachelors degree from Naric. does this actually required.

You will need UK Naric ELA for foreign degree.

If you have a UK degree, you can use that to meet the requirement.

Hi Another very quick question, English Language Assessment is sufficient or do i need a Statements of Comparability comparing my Indian Bachelors degree to Uk Bachelors. Because when i rang Naric today they advised me to take a Comparability Certificate as well.

No i only got a bachelors degree from India hence i rang Naric for english language assessment and they asked me to get statement of comparability which is another 50quid. so i am not sure if home office just want to confirm that my Degree was taught in English or they want the comparison to UK degree. thanks
