Hi Guys

I am currently on Tier 2 General Please could you clarify me on the below.

1. Do I need to provide list of absence from the previous and current employer ?
2. I have missed my P60 but requested HMRC to provide employment history. Will this be sufficient ?
3. Do I need to provide bank statement for 12 months or 6 months ?
