Hello
I would like to ask about apply 10years. I got a problem about my visa. I got detain letter from my TOEIC case 3 years ago I have to go report every fortnight at becket house centre. and I did judicial review, the result was let me applied fresh application then I did apply for same sex partner visa and they refused it. Lastly I applied and ask permission to marriage but now they sendt me the letter to go interview at eaton house. In this case can I apply for 10 years long residence? I came in uk from 3 March 2007.

You must have 10 years of valid visa to qualify for ILR based on long residence. What is your current immigration status? When did your last visa expire?
