Hi all,

Hope you all are doing ok. I received my T2 extention after 6 months! and i will apply for ILR next year. Can you please let me know the list of documents need to prepeare to submit along with the ILR application ( Tier2, 5 years route)

Suggest read through form and guidance notes for Set(O).

Make sure you meet the salary requirement, which changes I think again in April 2018.

Anything can change in the rules between now and when you become eligible and you will need to keep on top of changes if there are any.

I read that from next year salary would be 35,500 for eligible. But couldn't find out the link.

I applied for my extention before my visa expiry date but i got a refusal due to less salary. Then i re-applied again within 28 days grace periob ( actually within 7 days) in september end causee my visa was expired by this time.So finally after query and everything i got my Visa in february.

As i didnt had any valid visa so i was not allowed to work after my 2nd application.So i was not in comapny payroll..Oct,Nov,Dec,Jan..And this 4 month i havent got any salary as its not allowed to work or be under emplyment.

In my extention i got 2.5 years visa instead of 3 years....as it took total 6 month by Home Office..so i think they adjusted the period with that! My question is is these 4 month i was not working so it will be any issue regarding ILR ..or do my emplyer need to take any action or it will be fine counting 5 years for ILR.
