Cohabitation documents

Hi,

I am on Tier 2(general) and have ILR appointment this week. Applying using Set(O). I read in other threads we need to provide proof of cohabitation spread over the 2 years, either in joint names or in each name. One joint letter (or one letter in each name) over a 4 month period from 3 different sources spread over the 2 years.

I am planning to provide the following evidence -

Period Evidence
Mar-15 to Jun-15 Myself-Thames Water bill; Dependent-NHS Letter
Jul-15 to Oct-15 Joint bank statements
Nov-15 to Feb-16 Joint Council Tax letter
Mar-16 to Jun-16 Joint Council Tax letter
Jul-16 to Oct-16 Joint bank statements
Nov-16 to Feb-17 Myself-Scottish Power Letter; Dependent-NHS Letter

Also, planning to add above table to cover letter as well.

Can someone please check and confirm if its sufficient? Many thanks.

Hi,

I have my appointment day after tomorrow. So any thoughts on this would be hugely helpful. I know nobody can be 100% sure but I am just looking to see if documents list looks ok from your experience or would be better and safer if I add some others.

Many thanks.

Do you have tenancy agreements or mortgage statements?

I have tenancy agreement where we lived untill Aug-15, which says Mr & Mrs MySurname (although my wifes surname is different).

Post that I have Land registry and mortgage statement but that's only under my name.

Submit those with the list you have and it should be fine.
