Just couple more question, since i already have an ILR (Tier 1 5 year route), which form do i need to use to apply for ILR for my wife is it SET(M) or SET (O) ? If she is on a Tier 1 General dependent visa, she can only apply for ILR on form Set(O).
Also can i use the premium service for my wife ILR Application ? Yes
Thanks,
