Hi,

Could the Moderators/Experts please advise if Comprehensive Sickness Insurance (CSI) is a requirement for Indefinite Leave to Remain for the Tier 2 General migrants?

No, it is not a requirement for migrants on the UK Immigration route. It is for EEA/EU route migrants.
