Please accept my apologies if this is a duplicate. I searched the topics but could not find one relating to my situation.

I have recently been Naturalised (Jan 2017) after being on ILR for more than a year. My wife has a PBS Dependant Leave to Remain since Jan 2015 valid till Jan 2018. She has been living in UK since Nov 2013(Nov 2013 to Jan 2015 - on Tier-2 ICT) . When can she apply for Naturalisation ? Is her ILR valid after my Naturalisation ?

Thanks for your help.

Rohit

On what basis did you get ILR, 5 years PBS route or 10 years long residence route?
My wife has a PBS Dependant Leave to Remain since Jan 2015 valid till Jan 2018. She has been living in UK since Nov 2013(Nov 2013 to Jan 2015 - on Tier-2 ICT).
Was the ICT her own independent visa as the main applicant? If yes and she switched to PBS Dependent, she needs 5 years residence as PBS Dependent before she can apply for ILR.
When can she apply for Naturalisation ? Is her ILR valid after my Naturalisation ?
She doesn't have ILR!! She has limited leave to remain. She can only apply for citizenship once she has ILR.
