Dear Readers,

I have already applied to extend my T1 Entrepreneur visa, but I will be varying application to LR at premium service in couple of weeks. As I went through the app.form there are few questions to be confused. Can anyone advise me please?

1, Section C4, C5 & C6 ( what to be mentioned as passport already with HO?)
2, Section D11 ( UK included in the country where I lived for 5 years so whats the social or Family ties)
3, Why do they repeat the same D11 question at E14
4, As per Section 3.2 , is Section 4 which is on page 23 to be filled only by those who are claiming exemption?

Put YES for C4 and fill the table. For C6, say YES and enter the previous passport details.

There are the countries apart from the UK

3, Why do they repeat the same D11 question at E14

No. If you answer yes to 3.2, you simply end up skipping 3.3 only.
At the bottom of page 22, it clearly says you should continue to section 4.
