ILR.. Help Needed Urgent

Hi Dear Group Members ..
I just completed my 10 years long residency route with grace period of 28 days. I need an urgent help for premium service. My appeal is pending in first tier tribunal and I want to go for window service after 11th April 2017 because of legal completion of 10 years. As I know I have to withdraw an application before going ahead. My question is if I go for window service by 20th April 2017 and HO refuses an application than what will happen to 3C. AS by withdrawing an appeal 3c breaks but if I completed 10 years without grace period what will happen . I am bit confused plz need an urgent help.
Along with this my dependent(wife) passport is with HO and expired . Which application will be right one for my wife. As due to passport English test not done yet.
Looking forward for your valuable suggestions plz.
