Hi Team,

If I have lived in UK for 3 years on Tier 2 ICT Long term visa and then switched to Tier 2 General Dependent Visa and lived on that visa for 3 Years so total 6 years without any absence from UK.

When I can approach for ILR? is total tenuer of stay in UK is considered or it should be 5 years on General category only?

No, you cannot combine Tier 2 ICT main visa holder with Tier 2 General Dependent to make 5 years residence for ILR.

You need a full 5 years as PBS dependent to qualify for ILR.
