Could you please help me regarding following questions;

Q1 - Number of hours this salary is based on (Page 18) - I am on annual salary 35K and number of hours in a week are 37.5 ?

Q2 -"6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first
entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based." Page 21

I am going from Tier 2 --> ILR, First Time I entered in UK in March 2008 on student Visa and exited UK on PSW visa for 2 months in July 2010.
Then I got Tier 2 on 05 March 2012 and I exited UK Sep 2012 for 1 week so what date should I pick in above question please?


Q3 - cohabitation Documents cover 2 years or whole 5 years?

Q1: Whats your contracted number of hours? If it 37.5 hours per week on your contract then its 37.5.

Q2: Date of issue of first T2(G) BRP if you applied within UK. If you applied for T2(G) outside UK, then this would be the date you entered UK with T2(G) entry clearance.
