Hi
I was in T2 migrant and now I got iLR visa. I would like to apply ILR for my wife and 2 kids (minor) now as they have lived in UK more than five years continuously having T2 dependent Visa.

My question is that
1. Should I use single SET (o) form for all my dependents and In this case who will be the main applicant? Or

Should I use separate SET(o) form for my each dependent.

2. in SET(o) form at section -3 which category need to be selected ?

I appreciate your guidance.

Just to clarify, did you get your ILR based on your Tier 2 visa or did you get it based on ILR (Long Residence)?

One form, spouse as main applicant and child as dependent.

Fairly obvious that you select 'Tier 2 dependent'
