Hi, may I ask that in the employer letter for ILR application, does it has to report business travelling like conference attending IN the UK. I think it is not, but my employer asks me to report my absence for conferences etc as a Tier 2 worker. They don't specify it in the UK or outside the UK. I report to my employer for conference attending in the UK anyway, but my question is that do I have to report business travelling in the UK for ILR. Thank you.

Hello, suppose a submitted form is wrong or an application is refused, two months later a new application is submitted. Are the same version of photos submitted two months ago are acceptable in the new application? Is there a rule requiring that the photos must be taken within one month? Thank you.

Traveling within the UK is NOT absence FROM the UK.

town of birth in the LIUK test

Hi members, in my certificate of life in the UK test, the "town of birth" is actually the "town" that I was born, but my passport and BRP shows "place of birth" is the name of province that I was born. On the date of test, the supervisor said she made a note on this. Does it affect my ILR applicaton? Is there anything that I can do, like printing a map including the province and town or writing a letter to explain? Thank you.
