Early Application SET LR

Hello All,
I made an early ilr application via the SET LR rout in November, 2016,I enrolled for my biometric on 23rd January, 2017 but my 28 days before my 10th year anniversary is actually March, 2017. Now I am fully qualified but my application is still pending. Will the caseworker still consider application date or consideration date in my case?
