I apply for appeal error in judgement in upper tribunal since November 2016 and up till now I have not hear from them

You will need to provide more information than that. We don't know what you applied for, what your UK immigration history, what the wording of the refusal was!!

I apply for leave to remain in U.K. On the ground of partnership and I was refused and later apply for incountry right of appeal. Which was granted for hearing and I and my partner went for the hearing last year October and after the hearing I was refuse and given right to appeal if there's an error on the judgement which I have apply for an apple since November 2017 up till now I didn't heard from them

Did you apply as an unmarried partner?

What is your partners UK immigration status?

What was the exact reason for refusal of the leave to remain.
