I got my ilr after spending 5 years on Tier 2 general visa.
Can I work for any company in uk as I am on ilr (indefinite leave to remain) now ? Please advise
or I have to work for my sponsor only (sponsor who had sponsored my tier 2 general visa before ilr, same sponsor who gave me company letter for my ilr visa ) ? can I change job ?

Yes, you may change jobs.

As repeated several times, you have NO RESTRICTION for working in the UK with an ILR. You can work as you wish, change jobs or work as self employed.
