Hi All,
what is the process to get surrogate kid born in india to UK? we are on ILR and currently holding our indian passports.

can we get indian passport for the surrogate kid and then apply for ILR for the kid ? which documents/form to use.

Note within the guidance:
As well as getting a passport for your child, you will also need to apply for a parental
order to transfer legal rights from the surrogate mother to you and your partner. There is
only a short, fixed period in which you can apply for a UK parental order.
