Hi Everyone
I have recently acquired british citizen from 1 year ILR and 10 year route. My wife is currently on my old PBS dependant visa. Now i need to apply for her ILR based on partner of a settled person ( 2 year route ). Can anyone help me in figuring out how much income should i be on to show adequate maintenance ? We are not claiming any sort of benefits.

She cannot apply for ILR on Set(M) as she does NOT hold a visa in the relevant category to qualify for Set(M).

As you got ILR on the basis of long residence, your wife only has the option to apply for a spouse visa on FLR(M) and meet all the requirements. This will be a 5 year route (2 X 2.5 years visas) towards ILR on Set(M).
