Questions D11 and E14 in the form of ILR Long residency

Good evening dear Board members, Iam going to apply for ILR on the basis of long residency in few months time, I was looking at the form and I found a question D11 which asks what cultural and social ties you have with the country you born or lived this is quite Ok, no problem with it in filling this area then I notice same thing is asked again in E14 under the question whether you lived more than 6months in any country,
Shall I need to fill the same details like D11 apparently it seems no link with the more than 6 months question , it's just simply ask same details again,
Please give some guidance on these apparently same question in two seperate areas
