ILR & Absences of more than 180 days

I will qualify for ILR by Nov. 2017. But I am a bit concerned, my absence will affect my continuous leave as it is in excess of 180 days within a calendar year. All my absences are business related and I have supporting documents to prove them. I have checked the policy guidance and it states any absences of more than 180 days is not permitted irrespective of the reasons. Pls zimba88 and other gurus help.
My Questions
1. Can I apply for ILR as I have supporting documents to prove the criticality of my travels to my business ?
2. Can my dependent qualify for ILR, in the event I did not qualify due to my absence ?

It is no more than 180 per 12 month cycle (not calendar months).
1. You can try, no guarantee you will be granted ILR.
2. No, your PBS Dependent only qualifies if YOU qualify.

Hi
My concern is the gap between reissue of visa is 171 days but and I left country while my visa left and come back with dependent visa, but my total gap out of country is 191 days
Can I still apply for 10 year route or not

Please start your own topic with your circumstances in the ILR sub forum. It is rude to just tag your brief question onto another members topic.
