Hi All
I arrived in UK at July 2007 and my ILR on 10 years base is due at end of June 2017,
I received a court notice as I let drive my car some one at last month without his insurance covered.
Looks I am getting 6 point and fine from court as solicitor advised.

Now what will happen as my ILR on 10 year is just with in three month??
Please advise is it going to affect my ILR same day application in End of June 2017.

Many Thanks
Ali

You will have to declare it and hope for the best. Do you have any other driving offences?

You cannot apply for ILR at all until min 2 years have passed from the date of conviction. You might be able to apply via FLR(FP) if you have 10 lawful years.
