I need good suggestions from all the friends in this forum, Please suggest answer to the below questionnaire questions. Thanks in advance.....

I hope you are doing great, I applied for SET (LR) on 10 years basis and got a tax query from Home Office,
my previous accountant had made an error in my 2010-2011 and 2013-2014 tax returns submitted by my friend who is studying accountancy, I find these out in May 2016 and then applied to HMRC for amendments, now these had been amended by HMRC and I have got updated SA302 for both tax years (2010-11 & 2013-14),

Q. Have you ever needed to correct or resubmit your tax returns for the financial year(s) stated in you answer to question 2?

If yes,
a) Please provide details and the reason why the tax return was incorrectly submitted?
Ans: ?????please provide a good reason?
b)When and how did you discover that you had made an error in your tax return?
Ans: May 2016 and then got updated from HMRC in Dec 2016
c) What was the cause of the error?
Ans: ????? mistake???? Figures were incorrect, please suggest good answer
d) What action did you take on discovering the errors:
Ans: I file for amendment of tax returns to rectify it with HMRC and those were rectified by HMRC and have got updated SA302.
e) Please provide evidence of any amendment made?
Ans: Updated SA302 and Tax Returns

Unreasonable to expect strangers on an immigration forum to provide you with answers to such questions. Only your friend will know the answers and he must be honest. There is no 'one size fits all' answer to these questions and HO will pick up very quickly if it is an 'answer or excuse' used before by other applicants.
