Hi Guys,


While trying to fill in Set 0 for my ILR application from Tier 2, I came across the following requirement:

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website

I read through the guidance but can't find anything in relation to this. Can someone shed some light on this please?

It was confusing for me too when I applied for my ILR few days ago. I just ticked the box and I did not have an issue with it when I went for my same day appointment.

Yes, I was also confused by this. The people from Home Office Migrant Helpline told me that Contract of Employment would be enough in this category. So I enclosed my Contract of Employment and everything went fine.
