Hi everyone,

I am sure this question has been thoroughly exhausted but does time away from the UK for work, as a Tier 2 visa holder, count towards the 540 days required for the ILR (10 year route)?

Yes, ALL absence counts and any absence of 180 days or more breaks continuity of residence.
