Dear All,

Can you please advise as what additional documents should one carry when going for ILR through Tier1 general route. I had 2 extensions earlier, no tax amendments all tax paid in time for the income declared to Home office, but want to know what documents can i carry in case they ask. I have SA 302 for all tax years ? any other useful documents or information which i need to be prepared well in advance. please advise.

Hi Soopan

Is any of your previous extensions based on on Overseas Income ?

I assume within UK you have been self-employed hence submission of SA-302 should suffix. If you are working as a PAYE then you can get employment history as well.

Hi,

My earlier extensions was on director of limited company. No tax amendments. Currently on permanent salary only for ILR application. No overseas income in any of the previous applications.
