Hi All,

I have received my Tier 1 Entrepreneur in Sep 2016. I have applied in May 2012, after an appeal finally got my Tier 1 Entrepreneur after four years because HO put Deception act on me but I won the case in First Tribunal.

I am completing my 10 years in July 2018.
My solicitor received my documents from embassy in Sep 2016 and he lost my Biometric card. Few months he kept on saying that the HO has not sent my Biometric card, than after four months of chasing he said that he lost it. Now he has applied for new Biometric card.
My solicitor said that I can do contracting on this visa; I worked as a contractor in a company for 4 months. But now he said I cannot do contract work. So I immediately left that work. Will it effect my ILR application?

Please do advise me!!! Expert advice needed please. A detailed answer will be greatly appreciated.

What is your full UK immigration history, including visas you held and start and expiry dates??

You are not permitted to contract on tier 1 Ent, this is a breach of your visa conditions.

1- Student visa 2008
2- PSW Finished in 2012
3- Applied for Tier 1 in 2012 received in 2016 (after almost 4 years)
As I said my lawyer did not inform me about my documents and I kept on doing contract via my limited company for four months. I kept on chasing and he admitted that he lost my Biometric Card.

Please help!!

Is there any option. What should I do?

Unless you list the exact date of all your visas, start and expiry and dates you applied for each visa, I cannot offer any advice.

What was the deception HO accused you of?
