Hi All,

My wife and I planning to apply for ILR next month. I'm qualify to apply for ILR in 5 years Tier 2 visa, but my wife join in UK 2 years ago. She need another 3 Years to qualify for ILR. Please suggest what is best visa to her without loosing continuous stay.

1. FLR(M) is the correct visa for her.
2. Is there any other visa to move from Tier 2 dependent to FLR(M).
3. Please let me know what is best visa to apply for her without loosing the continuous stay.

Please let me know any suggestion.

Thanks,
Sri

She does not need to switch to FLR(M) if you get ILR under Tier 2 General. She remains on PBS dependant visa until her five years is up.

Her Visa is expiring in next month. she don't have 5 years PBS Dependent visa to continue.

Can I still apply for PBS Dependent visa to her? which documents I need to ask My Tier2 sponsor.

My sponsor only providing a Employer confirming Letter, Absence letter , Payslips and P60.

With that letters can I extend her PBS Dependent visa?
